Butchers Quarter in collaboration with guest chef Jimmy Carr & wine specialist Chloe Hicks for our next supper club on the 25th of February.
Jimmy has been the head chef of some our favourite Manchester restaurants & has been given free range of the Butchers Quarter counter to create a bespoke menu for a limited number of guests.
Alongside Jimmy, Chloe Hicks, currently the wine manager of Hawksmoor Manchester will be created a wine flight to perfectly compliment each dish which will be available to purchase on the evening.
Unfortunately we cannot cater for any dietary requirements.
