As many of you know, we aren’t ‘just’ a butcher. We stock a whole range of products and love to support local businesses.
Our drinks range is no exception. We have locally breweries in store and our spirits range includes Manchester Gin and Salford Rum.
Salford Distillery is an award-winning craft rum and gin distillery based in Manchester. Hand-distilled in small batches, their spirits are inspired by the rums, spices and fruits that arrived at the historic Salford Docks over a century ago.
The Spirit of Manchester Distillery has, for nearly a decade, been creating exceptional spirits from the heart of Manchester, combining creativity, technical expertise and an uncompromising passion for flavour.
From award-winning gin to premium aged rum, vodka, whisky and beyond, everything they create reflects the craft they have spent years refining.
Here at BQ we are proud to champion some the fantastic producers, entrpreneurs and businesses we have in the City!
