Our lamb is locally sourced and pasture-raised, producing meat that’s tender and naturally sweet. From chops and shanks to full shoulders and racks, our cuts are thick, fresh, and handled with all the care you would expect from Butcher’s Quarter.
Our Lamb comes from a single farm in Helmshore, Rossendale – approximately 10 miles north of Manchester.

Lamb is one of the most versatile meats we offer, with cuts that suit both quick weekday meals and slow, show-stopping roasts. A thick-cut chop cooked simply is hard to beat.
We prepare generous racks, meaty shanks, and full legs ready for the oven. Each cut is trimmed by hand to give you more of what you want – and less of what you don’t.
For rich, tender stews or curries, our diced lamb shoulder or neck delivers a rich, deep flavour and perfect texture. We also offer leaner cuts like noisettes and fillets for lighter dishes.
Our boned and rolled lamb leg makes a perfect centrepiece — easy to carve, packed with flavour, and always a crowd-pleaser.
