Pork can be a shamefully undervalued animal in our food chains. It is too often raised in pens on open grate floors with no access to direct light. Pigs are highly intelligent animals and deserve far more respect than they are often given.
We work with farms that raise pigs slowly and with care, focusing on welfare, flavour, and proper fat development. It’s pork the way it used to be - full of character and perfect for real cooking.

Our pork is well-marbled, with crisping skin and deep flavour throughout. From thick belly slices to pork chops and roasting joints, every cut is prepared by hand and trimmed with purpose.
We also make sausages and burgers in-house using fresh cuts and carefully chosen seasoning blends – no fillers, just proper meat and bold flavour.
